My agent offered short term disability benefits
Rising health insurance costs passed on to the employees based around the plan coverage.
Benefit pack was fair and provided what was needed for me an my family. Nothing special about it, we had the basic HMO package.
No retirement, or benefits. Only 2 weeks paid vacation
PTO and benefits are great. They also have a pension plan. They match your 401k up to 5%
They have typical medical plans but is pretty pricey compared to the general base salary you start with.
There is no benefits package as it is up to the individual agents so they do not offer it as a company unless you are at the corporate level
Ridiculously over priced. Employee + 1 child comes to roughly $575, that doesn't include the $5k deductible, or 20% coinsurance, or copays. Too many coworkers have no insurance because they simply can't afford it.
No benefits packages were offered to me. I had to seek out my own high priced coverage.
