    Great if you are expecting. If you are past that dtage in life you feel like you have to cover for sll the maturnity leave. It’s not a great feeling.

    I am unsure about the paternity leave and I did not take advantage of the maternity leave. A form was nessesary to takeat advantage of pre-maternity leave from your doctor.

    120 paid days, via Unum insurance (Ally gets them to manage). Awesome for pregnant women!

    They recently made a change to this and extended it to longer but you have to be with the company a certain amount of time before you can use it. I cannot remember if it is 6 months or a year.

    Beginning in November of 2016 Maternity leave is now 100% covered for all full time employees that have been with the company at least a year. I don't know about Paternity Leave as I have not had a need to look into that option.
