401(k): Company contributes 2% regardless of employee contribution; separately matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of eligible compensation; and additionally makes an annual discretionary contribution which, for each of the years I was there (2011 through 2016) equalled another 2%.
Lots of great benefits packages. Everyone gets a personal holiday as well as plenty of PTO. Difficult to take all the PTO I get anyway.
The best thing is that Parental leave is 12 fully paid weeks plus 6 weeks of short term disability.
