The company provides an outstanding 401(k) match. Dollar for dollar for the 6% on the first of pay contributed by an employee. An additional 2% of an employees' annual pay can be added, based on year-end company results. Annual incentive pay (if advanced,) can go direct into the 401(k) account.

401(k): Company contributes 2% regardless of employee contribution; separately matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of eligible compensation; and additionally makes an annual discretionary contribution which, for each of the years I was there (2011 through 2016) equalled another 2%.

Lots of great benefits packages. Everyone gets a personal holiday as well as plenty of PTO. Difficult to take all the PTO I get anyway.
