Lots of great benefits packages. Everyone gets a personal holiday as well as plenty of PTO. Difficult to take all the PTO I get anyway.
The best thing is that Parental leave is 12 fully paid weeks plus 6 weeks of short term disability.
Company offers 1/2 match up to 6% into 401K, Health benefits are decent for what's being paid into it, "Personal Time Off" is bundle of sick/vacation/etc. time to use. Family leave for death in family is 3 days. Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield is provider. Perks are more geared towards larger sites in MI, NC, FL & TX locations. Company is getting better as to being involved in internships, hiring new talent, community activities, diversity, etc.
Best benefits package out there. No sick days but starting vacation for full time employees is 20 days. Increases to 25 at 5 years. Good health care options. Great 401k. Matching dollar for dollar up to 6%, with additional company discretion for another 4%.

Benefits are ok, 401K packages are good. PTO is good but be careful how you use it. Most say if you have PTO you can use it not always the case here.
