    The best aspect of it is that the have a variety of options available for healthcare plans. A con would be that you have to wait 6 months to qualify for benefits.

    I have not received it yet but they do not give you the information to sign up for health insurance and when you ask they tell you they have no information on it... I heard that it is not great insurance

    The main thing that worries the employees about this benefit is that the co pay jumps pretty high when something major is wrong. The stress of the employee is already way to high to be worried about how much its going to cost the employee after its said and done.
