Great training for Dell staff
I really hope it varies by location & position. I received an afternoon of very immersive training for a job I was expected to cover starting the next day. There were no training materials or documentation available pertaining to this position.
Their trainers are absolutely unqualified and unprofessional. Ms. Poteat will tell you about the times she did drugs and she'll use her own personal account for training purposes and totally go off topic and tell you stories about herself.
Paid training and on the job training in a classroom then later in a production like environment with mole support staff. Training is well monitored, however at my site the operation managers harass training agents.
Paid training and excellent trainers are used for this service
Traning was paid-in-full and very descriptive.
Paid training. Morning and evening schedules available. Training should involve sales if required to sell and any other software involved.
The training is terrible I don't think that anything that I've learned in training I used on the floor , the trainers tell you once you get on the floor that they taught you these things which they don't
Constant Distractions on a daily , drama filled atmosphere. Unable to fully learn material .
Training is getting much better, we are actually beginning to get training BEFORE the changes occur as opposed to 3 months after the changes are implemented.
