    Health and medicinal is not proportional to wages and are designed to be unusable. There are benefits that are cheap and convenient and low cost such as the dental, vision, health FSA, transportation card and accidental and critical illness and life insurance. Most of the benefits that are not commonly used are inexpensive and easy to utilize.
