    Our hours were dropped during training by one hour and I didn't understand until I was actually done with training and was able to get benefits. Well I was only qualified for Obamacare because I didn't have 40 hours I only had 38 which meant that I couldn't choose my plan they chose it for me. I declined my medical because of it. It only covered me for 5 visits a year and anything else would come out of my pocket. I have more than 5 visits a year, I see specialists. I would have to wait until November for the next enrollment period . A long way away!!!

    Health insurance is awful! I had to go on bereavement leave for an immediate family member out of state and was told "Sorry for your loss, but you still have responsibilities you're accountable for."

    Very basic packages. Insurance plans were expensive and not very effective.

    Through my employment, I was informed if I performed above a certain level I would acquire a bonus. I achieved clud LQ (which was the top 5% of employees for that contract) within 4 month of employment. I had also hit the mark multiple times to receive a bonus, but I never recieved any bonuses. I informed my supervisors, which then informed payroll. They informed me they would look into it, and never did. Everytime I spoke with them about it (multiple times a week for 3 months) they told me they didn't know and would look into it. I informed the that I had been asking for months, and they told me they never knew it was an issue even though I had been talking directly to them as well.
