Not a bad benefit package, not great but not the worst one I have ever seen in my time of work.
They are union. They have medical for just you or whole family. They also dental and vision.

It takes over a year to acquire hardly any vacation/sick leave.
1 year time off after a year. Health benefits are a joke.
management receives lower health insurance than most of the lower employees. No 401k. Vacation is available. Other time off not available due to understaffing.
The best part is benefits kick right in after 90 days
cost to employee to much, does not cover a whole lot, dental don't cover anything but preventive care, deductibles' are way to high
Health insurance is not very good
Low cost for health insurance premium. Company pays 80% of it for Union members. Pension via the Union is probably the worst thing, I'd rather choose my own retirement account.
