“about as cheap as it gets, nothing special. Fortunately the environment makes it difficult to take time during the work day to do anything.”

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off  (10 comments)

“They rip you off for the first three years and then the normal package kicks in of two weeks per year.”

  • 401K Plan  (6 comments)

“The match is only 25% of up to 6% of salary. A 100% match would be nice, but they do a 4% contribution at the end of the year.”

Not a bad benefit package, not great but not the worst one I have ever seen in my time of work.

1 year time off after a year. Health benefits are a joke.

management receives lower health insurance than most of the lower employees. No 401k. Vacation is available. Other time off not available due to understaffing.

cost to employee to much, does not cover a whole lot, dental don't cover anything but preventive care, deductibles' are way to high

Health insurance is not very good

Low cost for health insurance premium. Company pays 80% of it for Union members. Pension via the Union is probably the worst thing, I'd rather choose my own retirement account.
