All about average or less. 401k they do not contribute to for a year
The benefits package at Altisource is decent. The insurance is expensive but doesn't cover much.
Great dental and vision health plan. They also offer comprehensive financial options for your pretax income. In addition, they offer one if the bettrr 401K packages.
Altisource St. Louis is conveniently location near 2 major interstates, in Earth City, making driving to work easy and fast. Employees start earning PTO (after probationary period) at a rate of a little over 3 weeks per year, earning more with time. Employee engagement initiatives create a fun and exciting work environment to keep teams connected. Perks points are awarded for many different types of things and can be used to buy virtually anything.
Still a fairly new employee, I have not been able to utilize all of the benefits yet. The PTO days appear to be inline if not better than competing companies. Being able to automatically save for retirement is a nice bonus; however, it would be nice if the company match kicked in prior to 12 months.
The best thing about the benefits here is that they really clearly explain the health and dental coverage. They give you PTO, and even have wiggle room on coming in (the 2 hour rule: with warning, you are allowed to come in late, take a long lunch, leave early, and make up the hours at a different time- really great and flexible as sometimes things come up unexpectedly!)
Health benefits are very strong. This is a GLOBAL company, so its expected. Very reasonable cost considering when compared to some smaller local places.
Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Tax Free Flexible Spending Life insurance, short term and long term disability Paid holidays, plus 19 days PTO first year!
