“Health insurance is expensive and weak”
“Just the normal PTO time. its time earned as you work. ”
“Normal benefits they match up to 6%”
average benefit package for a company of this size
401k match was good, good healthcare, no potential for bonus in all roles though. Okay package, but definitely some areas where they could improve.
Good benefits, everything easily accessible through online portal. PTO accrued overtime and easy to request off. Good work from home options.
The main thing to know is the health insurance is terrible. The most expensive health plan is the one that most would choose. The cheapest plan does not pay for anything until you reach your deductible; which is very high. Good luck and hope you don't get sick. Everything else is good. Just dont get the insurance if you can help it.
There were no real perks in this company. Benefits are expensive however they do contribute some. The coverage is weak .
There was 401k match. Health insurance, but it was pretty expensive per paycheck to get the plan with the most coverage.
I have completed 6 months mark. the benefits program is great.
Benefits are good. 401K, Medical and dental packages. There use to be snacks but not anymore. Still not bad considering competition
401K with 50% match. Affordable medical, vision & dental plans. No PTO for the first 90 days. After that, 19 days per year. LTD & STD as well as Life Insurance.
They were standard and to the point. Nothing fancy but effective.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
