Good benefits package, and starting pay. Pay increases are a measly 3%.
Best in class 401k...8-12% of salary. Healthcare is average. Program to buy stock with no brokerage feeds.
Best - salary, generous health care (although this will take a big hit beginning in 2017), on-site amenities
Healthcare costs just increased but still better than most careers I have had.
Very good benefits with excellent health coverage, vacation, floating holiday, annual bonus tied to performance.
401k match up to 3% and then DPS drop usually around 15%, you get a free car that can be used for personal, gas is mostly paid for, Tuition reimbursement of 100%(!!!)
The best thing about the benefits package was the perk to make your own schedule with plenty of PTO and holidays (they followed the bank holiday schedule).
Package is competitive with other Consumer Goods Companies. It's a bummer that the cost of having the insurance has gone up so much, especially for those with families.
Health insurance, 401k, phone bill subsidized, car and gas
Benefits can be good as long as you only need catastrophic coverage. If you have kids and someone has ongoing health concerns then you will spend over 10k a year on premiums, and deductibles. Every year the plan gets worse and worse favoring the company at the expense of employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
