“Health insurance is decent but very expensive. ”
The best think is vacation. They give a negotiated amount and then 1 day for every year work up to 10. So you can earn 10 extra vacation days. Worst would be no training to further your knowledge.
No paid time off. Promotion sucks.
Benefits include medical, dental and vision. Base pay is 17.35 plus H&W and if you opt out of benefits or are part time, the benefits are transferred to your company 401k.
Salary is comparable to the area you live in and the benefits are paid for by the company if you have no defendants
Their 401K has done amazing. The people who handle their accounts knows what they are doing and made my portfolio very strong and profitable.
interesting and a bit difficult to understand /complete especially when you are not computer savvy. An on hand representative would have been beneficial. especially for questions and answers.
401k no match 2 weeks (10days) paid time off per year (accrued every paycheck by 3.34hours)
Standard Benefits for the Industry. Benefits are directed via computer, no on site person to speak with. Very helpful representatives will assist you but time zones may limit availability.
No sick time, two weeks vacation after a year. Health and Welfare rate pays expensive insurance and the rest is forced in a 401K account. No bonuses at all.
My biggest benefit I had with Alutiiq is the leave policy. I got ample vacation time. They matched 401k payments. The life insurance was free. Single employees had free health care. The cost for family health care was high. That was due to the increase everywhere because of the "affordable" care act.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
