    Global health coverage that paid every claim, did not require pre-authorization for drugs/pharmacy benefits, and all providers were effectively "in network" as they were paid at the same rate as providers who accepted the coverage.

    Expensive monthly premium, high deductibles, and a lot of doctor's do not accept Aetna in NYC so you will be out of network - which carries an extremely high deductible.

    Offer Aetna health insurance and Guardian dental. The overall costs (monthly deduction) have increased faster than salary increases. Company charges extra if you opt to keep your medical information private from them.
