The salary is so low in my opinion that it is hard to save more than 1-3% for retirement.

Their maternity leave policies for their part time remote employees are non existent. You have to file short term disability and you do not qualify for FMLA.

The company has a great 401(K) plan for employees. Employees receive a 5% match and quarterly 3% added to their 401(K).
