PTO is plentiful, however, in the contact center it is difficult to use PTO due to call volume. Time off and health benefits are good for non-profit.
The company offers 25 days of pto per year and a great retirement match, but flexibility (comp time/flex time and work from home) is lacking for much of the organization. Professional development is also not a priority.
