The benefits package is very comprehensive and offers a lot of options. PTO days are generous, and matching of 401k is great.
Everything about the plan is set up to easily understand and the company is constantly trying to do what they can to improve the plans they offer.
The best thing is the PTO... 15days. The worst would be the cost of medical.
Benefits Package is AMAZING! Dental, Vision, Health, and a ton of Voluntary Benefits as well. 15 days PTO, accrued, right off the bat.
The insurance options are great
Best - HSA contribution & tuition reimbursement Worst- vacation & sick time count as the same
Excellent maternity leave benefits. Comprehensive medical/ dental coverage. I was able to use insurance to pay for IVF treatments which is rare. Company paid life insurance.
Very good Paid Time Off in comparison to other entry level jobs. Great flexibility of schedule and opportuninities to work from home.
They have a good benefits package
Health Insurance - PPO w/$500 deductible & copays or HDHP w/ HSA Dental - $50 deductible w/ $1,500 max benefit Vision - $10 office visit copay w/$130 allowance - benefits are all pre taxed - $250/month out of your paycheck for ONE person (rip off & this is a health insurance company) - 15 PTO days (vacation or sick), builds up each month so you can't use a lot at once
