Excellent benefits. Company offers 401K, Stock Program, Insurance, etc. Everything you would expect from a large company.
The benefits had been one of the core advantages of the company, they still are and were one of those things that set it apart in this market; but the executives perhaps drove a review and they started with some radical changes around 2007/2008. Although there was never a full tuition coverage, this has been a great benefit from the start but it has not increased in close to a decade; radical payback conditions which lock the employee for three years were introduced in the past 7-8 years, which for the allotted sum are incredibly too drastic (some companies pay for full tuition and such conditions are understandable). Other unsettling negatives include an excessive limit to invest in company stock as an employee, maximum sick leave accrual was drastically reduced (by 150 hrs), use it or lose it policies were introduced, and in all, the incredible luster of many benefits was removed. There is a great vacation policy, even those who just enter the company start up with three weeks’ vacation, something not very common, in particular in South Florida, and all other benefits remain somewhat competitive today.
