Amazon.com offers its employees a 401(k) savings plan with a company match.
Matching is not that high, considering how huge the company is.
401k compensation is only 4% from your base salary. And matching is only 50% of them. This matching is lower than other big IT companies in bay area.
Average nothing too crazy when it comes to matching. I would say that this is on par. I don't think it's above average.

Pretty much industry standard 401K. 50% for up to 4%. So if you have 4% they provide 2%.

They provide a 50% match up to 2% of what you put in yourself which is pretty nice for people interested in maximizing their 401(k)
