Good, some even say remarkable. other might be less impressed
Vesting schedule could be improved
Amazon has a terrible benefits package. They kept banking on their stock growth and sold that to employees which is not going to work anymore. The other FAANG companies have a very competitive package in comparison to Amazon
Health care and insurance is pretty standard. I opted out and used my wife's google benefit instead. 4% match 401k, that's kinda low. For most big tech, it's 6% Holidays is pretty standard. I got 3 weeks of vacations to start out with.
Good insurance and parental leave. No other perks like fitness stipend, free food etc.

Good stock options at par with market value
Maternity/paternity leave can be improved. Health insurance is high priced.
