There isn't a lot of them, but the comp package is decent. The only thing to be aware is that it increases very slowly.
Best: RSUs. Worst: Low % Match on 401K, No Yearly Raise
no free food, bonus is not good
If you are in Sunnyvale, there is a nice health club. Shuttle services. Free snacks every week. A few electric car charging spots. Food is not free like google or Facebook No Stock purchase plan No bonus after 2 years Stocks vesting is only 5% in first year and 15% in second year Health insurance not as good as other similar big companies No profit sharing Meager 401k matching
Onsite gym is the best!
They are expensive and basic.
Best thing: inexpensive monthly premiums (~$30/mo for the most expensive PPO plan). Access to almost all bay area doctors. Great access to Insurance Help Lines. No waiting.
Very good hiring bonus and stock options to go along with a higher than normal salary. Health care is standard but 401K matching is pretty bad. You get 10% off your purchases at Amazon up to the first $1000 which is nice but could be better. (Free Prime, Audible, Kindle Unlimited, storage would be a plus)
good stick price, and well insurance
The health insurance and 401(k) are pretty good. Not amazing, but pretty good. But the food options are decidedly not good, and you have to pay for it. So you end up paying about $8 a day for pretty mediocre food at lunch, which is a debbie downer.
