Great PTO policy. Most managers are very flexible with time requested off. Make sure you're covered is the bottom line.

Nice to begin with but doesn't improve until you've been there five years or more.

You get a set amount of PTO, which seems pretty standard.

Vacation time is accrued as you continue working at the company and can be carried over to the following year up to six weeks.. Vacation starts at two or three weeks, depending upon level of employment. Holidays are normally nine paid days time-off plus one birthday holiday every year.

PTO is standard 10 days to start accruing over time which, of course, results in paltry time off in a culture where switching companies every four years is the norm.
