Benefits are the best part of working here...low insurance deductibles, very generous family leave program and flexible work arrangements.
Not that good. Really lacking in most areas. For a cutting edge company you would expect there to be better benefits, or at the very least comparable ones.
Vacation, PTO is slightly worse than most companies, but is made up in a decent compensation package.
There are only 5 holidays, while most tech companies have over 10
401k is there but not as good match as other companies, no ESPP available either . . . . .
They use your sign on bonus against you to not give you a raise upon your reviews. Then they will not give you money for a raise. They'll give you 1 share of stock. Are you kidding me I said keep it and thank you for the SLAP in the face. My reviews were unbelievably awesome. There is no APPRECIATION in that place. I stepped up to try and get the Manufacturing floor to be recognized and was told to pipe up and be quiet. REALLY??????
Large company benefits package that covers just about everything you might need or want. Recent changes in particular, such as paid paternity leave, are great for new parents.
Best: used to have Orange Week (Orientation) for new employees. Key speakers from each department give talks about history and technology of the company. It used to be technology driven, and engineer-oriented, when original founding team was still in place (maybe not any more now). Worst: After acquisition, the Amazon Culture came in, more and more BS started going on. Too many meetings.
Health insurance is pretty good. Blue cross blue shield with ppo option. 3 weeks PTO. Flexible work hours as well.
Benefits offered are an all round complete package, from medical insurance, dental, vision, 401K, paid company holidays, PTO, sick time and etc.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
