They actually have a pretty good benefits package. I cannot participate because I am part time and do not average 30 or more hours a week to be eligible.
The worst thing about the benefits package is they never take out enough taxes on your RSU's/
They offered insurance, 401K, and tuition assistance, which I loved the most about them.
Good 401k match, allow for Roth 401k, and good health benefits (vision, dental).
Amazon has some good benefits packages, there is not any worst thing about it.

Not a big deal, but offering seasonal warehouse help an opportunity for full time/part time pay with benefits would be nice. Some of the guys at my meeting really seemed like they could use it.
The job is like anywhere else its what you make of it.
part time workers have little to nothing as benefits
