“Their benefits package is Affordable. ”
The best thing about the benefits package is that it is affordable while allowing you to receive medical, dental, and vision altogether. The deductibles land premiums are reasonable depending on the choice you make you pick.
The medical coverage was fairly high compared to the amount we were getting paid, however, the coverage was good
Affordable health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance
We got great Kaiser medical benefits. This is almost as good as Kaiser employees themselves. The downside to it is we pay approximately $100 per check for the benefits after the company puts in their part. For whole family to get these benefits, it will be really expensive. We got vacation time, however it's after a year. The first year it's one week. I do believe they offer a 401k but with no match.
I don't remember people or myself getting anytime off. If you leave or get fired they don't pay you back for your paid time off. The benefits were good like tickets to shows at discounted prices.
Horrible insurance rates which is surprising considering what this company stands for. I was not consulted by any proper HR. It's not really a benefit I need if you give me snacks while I work.
Health cards or Health insurance
The best benefits at Ambulnz is that I have a secure job and great position and a great salary and schedule
Excellent health insurance through Care Connect (same insurance that Northwell Health uses)
Health insurance is $280/month through Kaiser This is just ridiculous, especially considering this is a healthcare company with employees working in the field who are regularly exposed to infectious diseases and physically demanding/ potentially dangerous conditions.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
