I’ve been working as an RN for ~2.5yrs now with experience in AcuteTele & CVICU. I’m doing my MSN Administration right now. Threw my hat in randomly for a nurse manager position and got called in for an interview but now feeling very nervous as I prep for it. I know I don’t have enough experience compared to some of the other applicants but any word of advice from fellow RNs & nurse managers on how to make myself seem like a better candidate? I want to try my hardest!

How do you know your value? Throughout my 10 yrs of being in a professional setting, I've had colleagues from various places of employment say, I don't think you know your worth. You're under valued, etc. What exercises/tools have helped you realize your worth and effectively advocate for it? TIA!
I’m seeking a remote position in healthcare and have been having a difficult time finding one. Seeking guidance and suggestions. Please help! I live in the Hudson valley and my current role is administrative coordinator for a big department. Not to toot my own horn but I currently do the work of three individuals and I have been employed in this organization for over eight years.

The job makes it difficult to find time for leave but the company highly recommended it.

Insurance is horrible. It’s over priced and very limited. Benefits in general are sub standard.
