everything is faor amd competwtive excwpt health/dental insurance premiums seem far too high for a company this large

The dental, vision and health insurance are pretty good. PTO is slim and only 7 holidays. ESPP is a great benefit and 401k is good.
The benefit package was very good it offer 401 k, Medical health insurance, Life insurance and FSA
The benefits package is great... 401K Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Discounts on products and services, Medical, Vision, Dental
did not have time to use it. I was enticed by the use of a company car for the big area I would serve. each time you request it was just outside my "estimated" or "adjusted" logged miles. I put several thousand miles on my new car. Only 200-300 in that year was for my personal use. I drove down dirt roads and swampy roads and backwoods, which really devalued my personal car, and they don't pay the federally recommended reimbursement rate. Revamp or Rethink productivity standards based on a 40 hour week and travel time. All staff are working nights and weekends on their documentation with no acknowledgement. This is why you are constantly needing to hire new staff. because you work 16 for 8. so you are really only paid half what they quote. if you work 3 years and can't get to a doctor's appointment or take time off, you do it for the patients from compassion. but after awhile your staff suffer from compassion overload. this is a job to love and embrace but it takes it's toll.
Has a great employee stock program
Cellular reimbursement is less than half of other companies, small matching on 401k; full cafeteria of benefits to choose from which typically match other national companies.
Their benefits package isn't great for a healthcare company and the 401(k) match is minimal.
Health Insurance is good, PTO time, 401k match
