The cost of the health insurance is much higher than other places that I have worked before, more so if you have a family to support.
Pros: It is a low premium and doesn't cut into your check too much. Cons: High deductible! If you ever need to go to the doctor for any reason outside of your normal check up be prepared to pay out of pocket. Definitely consider getting a health savings plan. It will help in the long run.
Horrible benefits package. Everyone working for the corporation typically uses spouse benefits.
HORRIBLE health/dental benefits. A simple trip to the doctors and meds for allergies flare can cost almost $500 for basic medication. 401k requires you to keep about 70% of your portfolio in Zion stock. This would be great if the company would hold steady. I'll tell you what though...you could make a good nickel in options market though.
