StarStarStarStarStar Current American Airlines Flight Attendant in Euless, Texas

Americans get so much less maternity time than the rest of the world. 6 weeks. It's so hard to try and be a nursing mom with 10-15 hour duty days. Pumping milk in restroom lavs is so unsanitary. I had a friend quit because American wouldn't work with her sons allergies and bottle refusal.

They had a fairly standard maternity package. They were easy to work with about your leave.
