Flight benefits can be amazing when the flights are open on non busy travel seasons.

free flights, discounted flats out of the country just have to pay taxes, one first class seat ticket for you and your dedicated flight buddy, decent pay, ability to pick up shifts and give them to others

Competitive medical, life and other insurance. Flying benefits are outstanding. Vacation starts at two weeks and escalates at a fairly standard rate. Terms for unionized workers may be very different.

Best is the flight benefits! Medical and dental aren’t amazing but aren’t bad either. Profit sharing amount is insultingly small.

Travel privileges are a big thing. Life insurance is below what I've had elsewhere. Pay is definitely lower than elsewhere. Other benefits are pretty similar.

They have increased the 401K matching up to 5.5% I like the HSA options and a lower family deductible this year. I wish they would match some of those payments, but they don't. Medical plans are pretty good, some of the best out there from what I hear.

Time off as well as the flight benefits. I also think I have good dental.
