American Airlines offers paid holidays and time off to eligible employees.
Advice: Track your own. They will take vacation from you alleging you owe the company money for sick time from 2 years ago, or if, for example, you were out for a few weeks, somehow you lost half a week of vacation because you didn’t accrue it (even though you don’t accrue that much vacation in 2 weeks to lose that much either). You are also disciplined for using sick time, and then when you retire, they pay your hours out at just above a minimum wage rate.

Worst thing is they haven't shifted to PTO so days available to travel are fewer.

You have 2- 5 weeks with options to trade days.
Again, for non-union, the Company allows you to use your vacation before accruing
Very flexible you could pick up extra hours then take off to travel anytime
you have the option to buy back your vacation time which is nice if you don't vacation and would rather take the extra money.
With the merger, we've gotten vacation and vacation pay taken away from us. Not a good subject!
