    it covers everything and the copays are good with no deductable and a max out of pocket 1500 but its hmo so you do have to deal with red tape and make sure the hospital is contracted with blue cross blue shield or you will have to pay for the whole thing.... and there is no coverage out of the state of texas, so be careful when traveling
