The vacation is ok except you max out after 7 years. No lie. And they go from January instead of your start date. So if you start in March, you'll have almost 8 years in before you max out. Max out is 160 hours per year. No sick pay is offered. If you normally work four ten hour shifts per week you still only get 8 hours for paid vacation days. However, if you take a vacation day you, you have to use 10 hours. Get the picture? Rate this a zero.
