Good health insurance benefits -- several options to choose from.
Benefits are not very good.
pto, sick leave, other standard things
Benefits exceed industry average and are excellent!
Good vacation and administrative leave time, good 401K package, and paid time off before major holiday weekends. Great health, dental and pre-tax transit benefits. Flexible Work From Home policy.
The benefits package is good but used to be better. They seem to shave a little off the top every year.
PTO, WFH, Flexible hours, 401k
Good benefits package, decent telework policy, and good flexibility.
The benefits package is what keeps people there. Great vacation time. Great health care. 401k. Minimal additional perks.
Although prices go up a bit each year, the ABA has a great healthcare plan so far as I am concerned. You can choose from a few different providers, HMO, PPO, and of course family or individual. There is also dental and a vision plan. Beyond health, you can get prepaid legal services, take advantage of member discounts at places like Office Depot, Hertz, etc. You can also contribute to a thrift plan that the ABA also kicks into, but I am less clear on the details. For me, having a good healthcare plan is essential, and the ABA delivers on that. As for the retirement plan, that is no longer offered I don’t think, but if you worked there before they removed the option you still will have it, provided there is money in the pot....I marked unsure since some employees have it but others don’t. I think Maternity Leave falls under FMLA or short-term disability but don’t quote me.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
