Great Benefits, use to be better but consider the many companies who feel it is a choice to offer subsidized benefits this is still one of the best out there. Con.... they are going up again.

The best was having expenses covered when traveling, since the job included a lot of travel with mileage or company car, meals, hotels, cellphone included, house internet covered.
They paid for my housing for the whole summer, paid for my flights to and from home, and gave me a rental car for the whole summer.
Other than the 401K - they have a competitive benefits package.
Excellent benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, etc.). Pension plan only for long-time employees grandfathered into plan; 401k for all but company match only for those not in pension plan.
Medical insurance provided international coverage with most major overseas medical facilities. Direct billing was available in most hospitals and clinics.
Company Car and Pension Plan was the best. High health insurance costs was the worst.
Best thing was the very generous time off benefits. 3 weeks at third year, 4 weeks at 7 years, and 5 weeks at 15 years plus 3 personal days, 6 sick days, and holidays.
