0-2 years = 2 weeks 2+ years = 3 weeks 8+ years = 4 weeks 15 years = 5 weeks
From 2 weeks (for new hires) up to 5 weeks for long-time employees. Additional 3 personal days per year. Can only carry 5 days of unused vacation from one year to next.
Very generous start 2 weeks (prorated for first year), 3 weeks at 3 years, 4 weeks at 7 years, 5 weeks at 15 years.
You start with 80h vacation, extra 40h when you complete 3y with the comopany, extra 40h when you complete 5 years and extra 40h when you complete 10y with the company. 24h/year for personal leave and 48h/year for sick leave.
Vacation is use it or lose it but you are encouraged to take it. No one covers for you while you are off so if you take too much time off at one you can have problems.
