BCBS of Texas= The best coverage I've ever had!
health benefits were good, as well as the vacation time. 401k was a good option as well
Retirement is ok, health was good and dental was good too. Time off was ample.
Excellent Benefits at a reasonable price! It was actually cheaper to add my husband to my insurance and he got better than he was getting with his company.
For leasing agents, ACC hosts many competitive goals that include bonuses as rewards. I earned more than $500 in Visa gift cards for reaching my leasing goals and getting the most leases signed out of all the leasing agents at our property. They also offer bonuses for being on top of your duties: they have "shoppers" come in and pretend to look at apartment or call to pretend to be interested and if you get a score of 100%, then you get money! I got $50 for a phone shop, and $200 for an in-person tour.
horrible health insurance options, extremely high co-pays and yearly minimums, very low salaries, low number of PTO
Didn't get any benefits. I'm sure if you worked for the corporate offices or in a manager's position it would be alright, but the boots on the ground employees get just about nothing.
For part-time CA's, the only written benefit is discounted rental installment.
Best thing about working here is the company actually cares about its employees.
As a community assistant, student employee, you get a discount on your monthly installment. This is the biggest benefit of the job.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
