Generous beginning PTO and 401k matchin
I find the benefits quite generous, especially flexible work schedule and PTO.
Strong health benefits and generous Paid time off provided. Great match program on both the 403(b) and 401(k).
Offers health insurance but even with the highest plan, you will pay dearly if you have to use it. This was not the case with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Having the best insurance is no longer a benefit of employment. In the past, you would settle for less pay because you had the best insurance.
Best - affordable and comprehensive Worst - none
Worst is that it's over 200 a month for employee + child. Too expensive and the coverage is very poor. Network is limited. Best is that it's better than dying from sickness.
Benefits were wonderful. Health Insurance was very comprehensive and dental.
PTO Higher than most companies
Great Benefit packet and work life balance. Generous Paid Time Off that increases with tenure and roll over sick time if not used and a 401K plan for retirement.
