Great vacation policy. Medical is okay. You’re not vested in the company matching for your 402(b) until you’ve been there 3 years.

Offers health insurance but even with the highest plan, you will pay dearly if you have to use it. This was not the case with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Having the best insurance is no longer a benefit of employment. In the past, you would settle for less pay because you had the best insurance.
