The benefit package at American Century Investments would be tough to beat. I sincerely appreciate them. When considering the rising costs of health care, I'm very fortunate to work at a company that gives so much to it's employees
The best is that the 401k has a 5% match. The worst is that both medical insurance plans are high deductible plans.
The benefits package at American Century was excellent. They provide healthcare, 401k, and dental. They have a very generous paid time off bank.
American Century provides 401(K) with match, an onsite gym, onsite cafeteria and decent a health insurance package.
All of the decent perks that used to be available have been taken away. Sabbaticals have been discontinued and the $500 a year life cycle benefit that allowed you to purchase work-related items is also a thing of We still have incredible benefits like free parking in a building that American Century owns and a relaxed dress code on Friday.
Very good benefits package; plus nice perks, including a $500 a year "lifestyle" allowance which can be spent on fitness-related items or home office items. Plus generous employee discounts for performing arts tickets.
Generous PTO's. Company is always looking for ways to make the benefits better than the competition.
Limited fund offerings; profit sharing/401k is good; recently Schwab became administrator - they are pretty good
1) The best thing about the benefits package is the bonus and the profit sharing and worst thing is the structure of the compensation.
Time off- 24 days / year
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
