Training process takes 2 4 hour shifts, one for modules and the other for on the floor training. Every day before your shift you have to watch a module for the day and write your daily goals.

The job training was pretty simple. You learn how to greet customers, work the cash register, fold clothing and get familiar with the floorset and where things go.
