“You can quickly ramp up based on years of service.”
“Decent matching and plans with large investment firms. Decent options as well.”
“Strong plans that allow you to choose a variety of care givers.”
it was good for a travel co
Nothing bad to say about benefits
Work flexibility is a top benefit. Tools for reviewing benefits could probably be improved a bit.
Probably the best package in the managed travel industry. They are the largest so it makes sense, however this is one area where they actively succeed.
Awesome place to work for
Great overall benefits that include health & 401k.
Health Insurance options are very expensive and limited to only 1 plan option
100% Virtual job and you're able to buy additional vacation time.
The benefits package at GBT is quite lackluster, unfortunately. The PTO balance is really, really disappointing, considering the company is a Travel Management Company. The insurance is pretty average, and quite expensive for a single person who is generally healthy. I didn't find any benefit/perk to be above and beyond, or to stand out in the crowd compared to previous employers of mine and many companies of the same size and caliber.
No pension plan at this company. This would be attractive to new hires. 401K is not nearly diversified enough. Not enough retirement counseling.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
