The Company offers a variety of benefits to fit all your needs including optional programs with a cost like legal assist, extra vacation purchase plans, spending accounts and local commuting programs.

You now know you no longer work for American Express. The 401K match is lower, the health, dental, vision insurance costs are higher and the 'new' HSA managing company is a nightmare. Try calling the USA Benefits telephone number and it's answered by some outsourced group overseas.

Customary health benefits with options for more or less coverage depending on how much you choose pay.

The benefits have changed in the recent year, and for the worse. - There is only one health insurance option with a very high deductible ($1,750). - They've reduced the 401k match to 100% on first 3%, then 50% on next 2% (so essentially if you put in 5%, you get a 4% match). - The PTO policy just changed and has been reduced for new hires in the U.S. Directors and below now get 15 PTO and 8 Holidays. The policy prior to this change was 20 PTO and 8 Holidays. Keep in mind that existing policy is even lower than with original Amex, which provided an additional 4 summer PTO days. So a new hire starting today would essentially get 9 less PTO days than at Amex. U.S. employees also get significantly less than European counterparts. You cannot roll over unused PTO days. - No real perks or discounts, not even on travel (and we are a travel company!). - There is some flexibility to work from home, but that's up to your leader and/or function. It's frowned upon in some areas.

Benefits have recently been drastically reduced or removed and not replaced.

Company perks were eliminated one by one, health insurance was pricey, and at one point my policy was cancelled by HR without my knowledge. HR also signed me up for random things like vision and pre-paid legal without my knowledge or consent.

The best part is being able to work from home. The worst part is the annual review process and the 2% raises

Good, but not great coverage. Eligible for travel benefits provided as an employee of a travel agency
