In 2017, we increased our fully-paid parental leave period to 20 weeks for U.S.-based regular full-time and part-time employees. The new paid parental leave policy covers mothers and fathers welcoming a child through birth, adoption, or surrogacy. In addition, birthing mothers will continue to be eligible to receive paid, medically-necessary leave related to the birth of their child, which is generally, six to eight additional weeks.
Great benefits. I had 3+ months of paid for my 2 children. Lately, they gave this benefits to your father/partner which is great.
6 monthly 100% fully paid as long as you are a full time employee and the baby comes a year after your start date. So essentially, join and after your 4/5th month you can get pregnant.
20 weeks for paternity and 6 months for maternity.
It's awesome. Can't think of anything worst.
offer 5 months paternity leave
you can have up to 6 months off (unpaid) after giving birth, which is great for young new mothers.
OMG. BEST. POLICY. EVER. Seriously. More companies need to start offering paid maternity and paternity leave like Amex.
Did not use it but know of people that would totally abuse it.
Amex provides 140 days for this
5 paid months for both, that is one of the best benefits
