In 2017, we increased our fully-paid parental leave period to 20 weeks for U.S.-based regular full-time and part-time employees. The new paid parental leave policy covers mothers and fathers welcoming a child through birth, adoption, or surrogacy. In addition, birthing mothers will continue to be eligible to receive paid, medically-necessary leave related to the birth of their child, which is generally, six to eight additional weeks.

Parental leave benefits are far and away the best I've heard of in all of the US! Mothers get the standard 6 weeks of FMLA (or 8 weeks for c-section) and both parents get 20 weeks of "bonding leave". This means maternity leave is typically 26 weeks! If you have sufficient sick days accrued, this is 6 months of leave at 100% pay! Fathers get 20 weeks of leave!!
