401K - 100% match up to 6%. PTO - Very generous, depends level for days (23+) WFH - Depends leader. In my experience, more than fair. Sick Days - 9/yr. Carry over what isn't used. Paid out in end (fully saved).
Decent 401K match. Good maternity and paternity leave. The health insurance package could be a bit better. Great work from home flexibility.
Very comprehensive benefit package.
Benefits are okay, just not as good as used to be
Good insurance low cost
5 days off to just learn whatever you want or you could shadow someone to get the training 5 months of maternity leaves
Vacation time is good. 401k is average. Health benefits below average with higher than average cost. (4x the cost of my current employer). Maternity and Paternity may be seen as a benefit, but if you're not the one taking the leave, you're the one doing all the extra work to make up for the person that is gone 6 months. The company does not hire people to pick up the slack. That'll be on you.
Really comprehensive health care choices, so many to choose from!
401K plan participation can start after 6 months of employment. Quarterly dollar for dollar match of contributions at 6% with immediate vesting. Annual profit sharing contributions (0-3%) vests after 3 years of employment.
Great benefits and many work from home roles.
