The best thing is you get 4 weeks of vacation. The worst thing is workforce management will block you from using it unless it is Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If 401k and health insurance are all you need to be happy, you will be. You can work from home, but I believe the stress and pressure is worse because of the constant monitoring of your screens, keystrokes, calls, emails etc.

Extremely costly and does not cover anything. Either a $1500 or $3000 deductible. Vision is with eyemed and is good but will be cancelled on last day. 401k is so so. Legal Assistance plan is good.
