It's awesome. Can't think of anything worst.
standard time starts at 5 weeks paid vacation
with the salaries Amex pays, you can't really afford to go anywhere on days off.
23 days. so over all less than at other places. You get more days with tenure and seniority. Up to 28. It's flexible in tech so, you can take it whenever you want. So although you may get 26 days elsewhere, you're not forced to take 11 of them when the company tells you to. Which is awesome. :) I don't celebrate thanksgiving or july 4th or labor day. So not being forced to take a day off then is awesome.
The company offers a good amount of paid leave to employees at the start of their employment. The company takes it a step further to allow employees to purchase another week of paid time off at their option. Then if the employee does not end up needing to use the time they paid for, they can cash it back in for the money invested.
Scaled based on level and tenure. 9 paid holidays plus other PTO days. You can also purchase days.
Nothing great, what could be expected
You get PTO and sick leave both
Flexible in rtaking us time off
You have not only PTO you have sick days and flex time during the summer
