You have not only PTO you have sick days and flex time during the summer
Days depending on your level. Managers get 19 days after holidays. They let everyone buy up to 5 extra days as a full time employee. We don't get columbus day or veterans day off but we get the day after Thanksgiving instead.
No set holidays - they give you paid time off days and you use them when you want to (allows you to bank them and go on long trips). Bonus 4 "flex day" holidays given during the summertime.
With an option for vacation-buy as well.
Paid time off expires every year if you don't use it
The longer you're with the company, the more vacation time you accrue. Starts at 4 weeks, extra week accrues at 5 year increments (5, 10, 15 - stops at 15). You can purchase up to an additional week, also.
Fantastic program hard to beat there program, time off at any other employer.
17 PTOs, 5 extra after 10 yrs of service, 5 vacation days can be purchased
Starting they give around 260 hours per calendar year. They do expire though.
