You get every second friday off as long as you work 8.5 hours the other 9days
happy with the amount I'm given
Accumulated based on hours worked at the company, can use benefits at any time after accrual. PTO starts accruing from the moment you start, with no probationary period which is nice.
PTO instead of sick and vacation time is nice. After your first year you no longer get an annual lump sump of PTO, you accrue time throughout the year.
The best thing about PTO was it started from day one.
Whether you like their PTO plan depends on how long you have worked there. It's much better for new employees than it is for those who have been there 20 years or more. The amount of PTO you can accumulate no longer increases once you get to 20 years. It shows that they do not value employees who have been there longer.
You accrue paid time off every pay period, and you can utilize it right away
Generous plan for vacation, can accrue sick time
Outstanding PTO and, there is a flex work week schedule.
It was nice to have the paid time off, but the pay was so low you really couldn't afford to take a decent vacation with your time off.
