part time no time off.
only 2 weeks, and if you want to be paid for holidays you have to use vacation time
I have flexibility in hours and we take off holidays but there is no pay for days off/holidays. I like the flexibility in being able to call and say I can't make it in because of family members but the impact on my pay can sometimes be a burden.
I like the fact that all the time off is separated into sick, personal and vacation.
They offer a fair amount of vacation and sick time. They even allow you to carry over a percentage of your unused time.
They are generous and many with tenure accrue more vacation than they can take.
I feel that I should earn more than .5 days off per month. I would have to save up all year long just to take a week vacation and hope that I don't get sick or have any other type of emergency.
System could be tweaked - but its very fair.
