I have flexibility in hours and we take off holidays but there is no pay for days off/holidays. I like the flexibility in being able to call and say I can't make it in because of family members but the impact on my pay can sometimes be a burden.

I feel that I should earn more than .5 days off per month. I would have to save up all year long just to take a week vacation and hope that I don't get sick or have any other type of emergency.
