Best thing about the benefits is the 401k program and options for dental coverage.
benefits are terrible, insurance costs way too much for what you get and the retirement is a joke and you would need to work until you die.. only 2 sick days a year and no paid personal days. hardly any paid time off.
Clearly only offer the minimum amount coverage. Horrible insurance company. Don't offer different levels of insurance coverage. Multiply instances of problems where I've received a bill from doctor saying I owe when I really don't cause insurance company messed up
Great Benefit Package, Insurance is average for Industry
Health insurance is $28 per week, but policy has $6000 dedictible. Guardian dental is fair. No vacation until 1 year, thenv1 week.
Very high cost for average coverage.
I started as a part time employee in March, but switched to full time after my semester ended in May. Since then, I have started working full time hours, but have never been switched to full-time status in the database, which means I currently have no health benefits with American Food and Vending, even though I have been working full time for months...
Health insurance is so bad that OBGYN asked for payment arrangement before baby was born because I had "the worst policy" they've ever seen. Max out at 3 weeks vacation. They do match 401k
