21 days of PTO + 3 floating holidays, 9% 401k contribution (but only vested after 3 years), gym reimbursement (up to $60/month), flexible work schedule and opportunity to telework, they also have a good tuition reimbursement option but there are stipulations, no parental leave, no employer contribution to FSA/HSA accounts
401K employer contribution is 9% of salary after 6 months of working. 3 years to be fully vested with TIAA. 24 vacation/sick days + 3 floating holidays + 7 days holiday to start. Most supervisors are allow teleworking. Health care options are good.
The entire package is the best!
Compared to most non-profit organizations AGU offers a competitive package. Downside is that the medical insurance has a deductible before you can start using a copay. Also the FSA limit is not as high as some other mid-size non-profits.
While AGU has some of the best benefits out their they do not apply to Interns. The only benefit an intern receives is TRIP benefits meaning that they will pay the tax on the expenses you pay to get to work.
