Benefits are great, but it is difficult to earn full time. There is not a high turn over rate for full time employees, and only management/leads can recieve full time status
They had a great discount. You got everything at 20% off. Also you got to know about the new doll before it came out. Another thing was they had ver flexible hours. You also could leave and come back to work there if you wanted too.
You can't get benefits unless you are a 30 hour+ employee. So I wouldn't know.
Since I am PTU, I do not qualify for any benefit packages however, I invest for a LifePath program
Includes 401K match up to 6%, for regular employees 30 hours +, offers good health and dental insurance and paid sick and vacation time. Could be better with maternity leave which can be complicated thanks to the benefits company who deals with it. Not sure if paternity leave is offered at all.
