Good benefits and long hours
Great benefits package, never had any issues.
Benefits available after 30 days for full time employees. Not the best or the worst.
None except managers, because they won't hire full timers so insurance is offered but so expensive , so better of to die.
As a part time employee, I did not qualify for any benefits.
They do not match 401k
The support you receive from the benefits coordinator.
Insurance package is very good, not terribly expensive and coverage is about as good as you could hope for. No 401k match, no tuition reimbursemenr, vision and dental are a joke. Vacation pay is somewhat stingy, 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks at 2 years and a 3rd week after 7 years. Max of three weeks. Paid holidays are basically wasted if you are salaried at work in a club because you likely have to work anyway.
The Medical benefits are just ok does not offer Vision
No raises across the board
