After two years of employment, AHA will contribute 6% of your base salary to retirement vehicle. This eventually increases to 8% and then 10% after several years of service. AHA will also match up to an additional 4% of what you contribute. So, if you've been here 10 years and contribute 4% - AHA will provide you with 14% towards your retirement - not too shabby.
