  • Health Insurance(35 comments)

The health insurance was at least for my local community rather than a national network that isn't compatible in my region.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(14 comments)

Generous PTO that is gained daily from day 1. Everyone also receives the week of Christmas off and most major Holidays. The first year I had about 3.5 weeks off and the second and third over 6 weeks.

Smaller markets are certainly paid less than larger ones, but the benefits package is good.

American Heart Association has a very good benefits package. The best part is the week off at Christmas.

Current Administrative Associate in Houston, Texas

Benefits and 401-k were a bit confusing, because there was never an actual introduction or breakdown to what AHA offers.
