Excellent retirement benefits with 403(b). AHA contributes a percentage of salary, based on years of service. Additionally, they will do a match up to 4% when employee participates. PTO is fairly generous as well, increasing as employee tenure goes on. Medical/dental benefits are comparable with other employers.

They have 8 weeks of maternity through short term disability after working 90 days. If employed over a year will receive 3 months.
